In these Terms of Service ("Terms"): • "Company", "we", "us" refers to Yet Another Artificial Intelligence Company (SARL-S) • "Services" refers to all products, software, and services offered by us • "User", "you" refers to any individual or entity using our Services • "Agreement" refers to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies These definitions apply throughout the Terms unless otherwise specified.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by: • These Terms of Service • Our Privacy Policy • Any additional terms and conditions If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice to users.

Our Services include but are not limited to: • Data engineering and transformation services • AI and LLM integration solutions • Software development services • Consulting and support services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit harmful code or content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access • Interfere with service operations Violation of these terms may result in service termination.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including: • Software code and algorithms • Documentation and materials • Trademarks and logos • Patents and trade secrets Are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

For paid Services: • Fees are charged as specified in service agreements • Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise specified • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law • We may modify fees with 30 days notice Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We provide services "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in last 12 months • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service This section does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under law.

Either party may terminate this agreement: • At any time with written notice • Immediately for material breach • As specified in service agreements Upon termination: • Access to services will cease • You must cease using all services • Applicable fees become due • Certain provisions survive termination

We may update these Terms: • To reflect changes in our services • To comply with legal requirements • To improve clarity or usability Changes will be effective upon posting, with notice for material changes.
